- All bids are binding - When a proxy bid and normal bid arrive at the same dollar amount the proxy bid will be the lead bid.
- Auction will be a Timed Auction
- There will be a 2% buyers premium charged to the CC of the winning bidder after the sale closes
- An email will be sent to the winning bidder
- Auction will have a popcorn bid which means the if a bid is placed the last 3 minutes of the auction the time will be extended 3 minutes to allow others to respond to the bid. This will continue til no bids are placed in the last time remaining
- X-rays are NOT provided for ranch sales but the consignors do guarantee the horses are not lame, or have any large wounds or blemishes at the time of sale.
- Our Gold Buckle Pro has previewed each horse for 1 hour. The Gold Buckle Pro video will be available on each lot.
- Buyers are allowed to arrange to try any horse please just contact the Consignor directly.
- Gold Buckle Horses are eligible for 300k on sidepots. 100k Pink Buckle, 100k Ruby Buckle, and 100k Riata Buckle

- Methods of Payment:
- 3% fee for all credit card transactions
- 2% Buyer Premium/Convenience fee will be added to all winning bids and charge directly to your CC
- 1% Fee for Bank Transfer
- Wire ($30)
- Checks are accepted
- **If final payment method is not confirmed in 3 days after the sale is final. We have the right to charge the full amount to the card on file plus the 3% fee
